Mentors and trains employees in planning and scheduling best practices.

Leads efforts to automate processes to solve common business problems.

Leads the design of tests to evaluate new EVMS and/or schedule tools, analyze test results, and makes recommendations to support operational improvement.

Leads the incorporation of new EVMS and/or schedule tools.

Leads tool re-design to improve performance.

Trains analysts in the EVMS and schedule tools.

Serves as a senior resource to other analysts in developing solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Leads process changes to improve overall efficiency of program performance management function.

BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline

8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
