Role Overview
Lead product design and user experience strategy for digital products.
The role requires expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery.
- Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers.
- Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization.
Required Skills
- UX/UI design and product design strategy.
- User research and usability testing.
- Wireframing and prototyping.
- Design systems.
- Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Leadership and stakeholder management.
- Experience designing web and mobile applications.
