Role overview
The Lead Process Improvement Engineer drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality assurance, and cost optimization across Facility Management operations.
The role works with operational, technical, and commercial teams to assess service delivery, identify gaps, improve processes, and maintain compliance.
This is a field-driven and analytical role involving regular engagement with operational sites, clients, and stakeholders across Hard and Soft FM services.
Operational excellence
- Conduct site visits and assessments to compare reported performance with actual site conditions.
- Review Hard and Soft FM service delivery and recommend practical operational improvements.
- Identify risks, support corrective measures, challenge ineffective practices, and standardize processes across FM contracts.
Process improvement
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across FM operations.
- Analyze workflows and implement improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for recurring failures and monitor corrective and preventive actions through closure.
