Job Summary
Lead electromechanical maintenance and facility management services across a large-scale, multi-site project in Qatar.
Own operational performance, technical service delivery, team leadership, QHSE compliance, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily electromechanical maintenance and FM operations across multiple sites.
- Manage engineering, supervisory, technical, and support teams.
- Oversee MEP, Civil, ELV, BMS, HVAC, and related building systems.
- Deliver planned preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance.
- Monitor service levels, operational performance, and contractual requirements.
- Manage resources, budgets, and service performance.
- Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and Qatar standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and effective technology use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of total experience, including 7 years in facility management.
- Strong GCC experience on large-scale electromechanical or FM projects.
- Three years in schools and kindergartens is preferred.
