Role overview
The employer is seeking a Treasury Manager – Cash Management & Operations on a contractual basis for a client based in Qatar.
The role assists the Treasury Director with cash forecasting, facility agreements, trade finance, banking facilities, KYC and AML, and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Cash management
- Assist with group cash-flow preparation, management, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage cash-flow forecasting to maintain liquidity and support planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
- Oversee cash-management strategies and policies to maximize surplus-fund returns and minimize borrowing costs.
Systems and banking operations
- Lead enhancement, implementation, and reporting for treasury modules in SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage bank relationships, negotiate banking services, and maintain bank accounts.
- Manage the group trade finance book, including advance-payment, performance, and retention bonds.
- Manage guarantees, cheque issuance, and other collateral supporting the loan facility book.
