About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare tender programmes, clause 14 programmes, resource histogram and review with Planning Manager
- Coordinate information between stakeholders including Client, Suppliers and Contractors to determine and monitor deliverables
- Support project management team to ensure project progress and generate report on all variations
- Accurately record progress and adjust forecasts as required; prepare reports on progress and causes of variations
- Attend project review meetings and prepare/submit reports to management
- Prepare consolidated project cash flows, Progress S curves, look ahead schedule, project dashboards and reports, manpower projections, mitigation strategies, and forecast schedules
- Preparation of information schedules inclusive of Architects, Engineers, nominations and long lead schedules
- Plan, monitor, and control resources and cost deployed for the project considering budget, demand, productivity, historical trend, forecast requirements, & priorities
- Claim management Issue timely delay notifications and analyse, develop, and review delay analysis (EOT) with time and cost impact
- Highlight critical risks/ issues/ opportunities associated with the project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
- 7 years of relevant experience in an interior fit out / main contracting company
- Strong proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Solid understanding of CPM, WBS, and construction planning methodologies
- Confident client facing professional with strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and in depth knowledge of construction process & methodology
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Successful track record of working on all types of projects (e.g., Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education)
- Strong technical and commercial abilities

Role Summary
- The Lead Planning engineer has to prepare the work programs as per the guidelines provided by the Projects Team and monitor the progress of the project against the plan to ensure its completion within the specified time frame and within allocated budgets.
Role Description
- Preparing tender programmes, clause 14 programmes, resource histogram and review with Planning Manager.
- Coordinate information between stakeholders including Client, Suppliers and Contractors to determine and monitor the deliverables in line with programme.
- Support project management team to ensure project progress and generate report on all variations in conjunction with the Projects team.
- Accurately record progress and adjust forecasts as required. Prepare reports on progress and causes of programme/progress variations.
- Attend project review meeting with Consultant / Project Management representative, prepare and submit report to management as required. Also prepare progress report for all the projects based on site visits and project progress review.
- Accountable for preparing consolidated project cash flows, Progress S curves, look ahead schedule, project dashboards and reports, manpower projections, mitigation strategies, and forecast schedules.
- Preparation of information schedules inclusive of Architects, Engineers, nominations and long lead schedules.

Candidate Requirements
- Academic qualification bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- 7 years of relevant experience in an interior fit out / Main contracting company.
- Strong proficiency in use of software Primavera and Microsoft project and excellent command on Microsoft applications.
- Solid understanding of CPM, WBS, and construction planning methodologies
- Confident client facing professional with strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Attention to details & in depth knowledge of construction process & methodology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multi cultural environment.
- Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc.
- Strong technical and commercial abilities.
- A very good knowledge of latest developments in the fit out market.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment.
