About the Role

Responsibilities
- Organize periodic renewal of Company licenses
- Process employment visas, residency permits, labour cards, and renewals
- Coordinate with government authorities and relevant departments
- Manage company license and document renewals across seven emirates
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration requirements
- Submit and collect official documents from government offices and typing centers
- Assist with processing of Visit Visa
- Represent the Company at locations such as Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Ministries
- Liaise with HR, Accounts department and Govt organisation for Visa processing/cancellation
- Maintain healthy relationships with Ministry and other government offices
- Assist the administration team as and when required
- Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on government policy/procedures
Requirements
- 3 5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate – Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa procedures, and government portals
- Valid UAE driving license

Role Summary
- Conduct Govt related work in a timely and defined manner by closely liaison with Govt/ Semi Govt regulatory organisations. Share regular updates with the Lead – Govt. Relations.
Role Description
- Organize periodic renewal of Company licenses.

- Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration requirements

- Submission of correct documentation to obtain new licenses as required
- Assist with processing of Visit Visa
- Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services
- Closely liaison with HR, Accounts department and Govt organisation for Visa processing/ cancellation and other employee related processes
- Maintain healthy relationships with the Ministry and other government offices as required
- Assist the administration team as and when required
Candidate Requirements
- 3 5 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment
- IT Literate – Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel etc.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa procedures, and government portals
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
