- Prepare tender programmes, clause 14 programmes, and resource histograms
- Coordinate information between stakeholders to monitor deliverables
- Support project management team and generate reports on variations
- Record progress, adjust forecasts, and prepare progress reports
- Attend project review meetings and prepare consolidated cash flows, S curves, look ahead schedules
- Plan, monitor, and control resources and cost deployed for the project
- Issue delay notifications and analyse delay for EOT with time and cost impact
- Highlight critical risks/issues/opportunities associated with the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 7 years of relevant experience in interior fit out / main contracting
- Strong proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Solid understanding of CPM, WBS, and construction planning methodologies
- Confident client facing professional with strong presentation skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Role Summary
- The Lead Planning Engineer prepares work programs as per guidelines and monitors project progress to ensure completion within time and budget.
Role Description
- Preparing tender programmes, clause 14 programmes, resource histogram and review with Planning Manager.
- Coordinate information between stakeholders including Client, Suppliers and Contractors.
- Support project management team to ensure project progress and generate report on all variations.
- Accurately record progress and adjust forecasts as required.
- Attend project review meetings and prepare consolidated project cash flows, Progress S curves, look ahead schedule, project dashboards and reports.
- Plan, monitor, and control resources and cost deployed for the project.
- Claim management: issue delay notifications and analyse delay for EOT.
- Highlight critical risks/issues/opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- 7 years of relevant experience in interior fit out / Main contracting company.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project.
