About the Role

Responsibilities
- Align with Head of Projects in transitioning scheduling system from MS Projects to Primavera P6
- Prepare detailed project schedules for all major projects
- Track progress on major projects and provide detailed reports using earned value, S curves, CPI, SPI
- Interface with customers, project managers, and subcontractors on schedule issues
- Interface with Quality Control to manage inspection and testing schedules
- Create detailed project schedules with baselines
- Issue project progress reports as required
- Attend project kick off and progress meetings
- Visit project sites to monitor progress
- Develop project schedules for tendering process
- Develop and maintain resource planner including projects and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a lead planning role for oil & gas projects
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Experience with earned value, CPI, SPI
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards in oil & gas
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI SP) is a plus

Job Description

Qualifications
