- Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards
- Monitor key marketing and business performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide data driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Design, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments across acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models for attribution, forecasting, customer segmentation, and budget allocation
- Identify opportunities to optimize analytical processes through automation and continuous improvement
- Enhance marketing measurement methodologies and establish best practices for reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions that support strategic objectives
Requirements
- Higher education in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex data manipulation
- Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with a business oriented mindset
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
