Role Overview
Lead Software Developer position focused on end-to-end software solutions built with Java and React.
Work with product, design, and engineering partners to create intuitive interfaces and scalable server-side systems.

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end web solutions using React-based interfaces and Java backend components.
- Translate business objectives into detailed implementation requirements with cross-functional partners.
- Create REST service endpoints and integrate external tools.
- Improve responsiveness, scalability, reliability, and customer experience.
- Review code changes and provide practical engineering recommendations.
- Investigate software incidents, determine underlying causes, and implement resolutions.
- Keep current with technical tools and development approaches to improve team processes.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional experience creating full-stack products with Java and React.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, and React Router.
