Job Summary
The Lead, Health Informatics role supports Fraser Health's Digital Enablement Team in Application Integration Services.
The role provides application, system, solution architecture, security, database, and technical design consultation.
The position leads projects, provides leadership and mentorship, and aligns technology deliverables with business requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide consulting support across project initiation, requirements, development, implementation, and system operations management.
- Provide mentorship, support, and system administration for interoperable solutions integrating clinical and business workflows.
- Participate across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and specifications through development, testing, and production deployment.
- Lead assigned information system projects, managing timelines, expenditures, resources, change management, and status reporting.
- Perform system, business, and clinical process analysis and recommend effective information system solutions.
- Coordinate third-level application support, service levels, vendors, support rotations, and support queues.
