Role Overview
Lead solution design, project delivery, and continuous improvement for SAP SD and IS Retail across multiple business formats, channels, countries, and business models.
The role supports scalable, sustainable, and integrated business solutions across European operating companies.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using standard application packages.
- Identify required localization or enhancements and support them with clear business cases.
- Create functional requirements for application design and development.
- Propose solutions, configure systems, and write detailed WRICEF functional specifications.
- Coordinate offshore development teams and align technical solutions with functional requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct unit and functional testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.
- Provide third-level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate across applications and modules to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience implementing SAP applications.
