Lead Field Implementation Manager

Compensation

• $115,700 - $150,500
• The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in program/project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, attention to detail while tracking multiple interdependent functions, and ability to follow-up action items and requests.
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic and constant desire to learn.
• Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestic up to 25% in support of program and business development efforts.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Construction Management experience is a plus.
• Experience with U.S. Government Projects (both Operations and Engineering) programs is a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian products like JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence, preferred.

Citizenship Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
