Lead Electronics Engineer – Power Electronics

A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience working with power electronics, high-voltage systems, RF technologies, pulsed-power systems or other high-energy electronic applications.

Understanding of areas such as EMC, grounding, shielding, insulation, thermal management and system reliability.

Experience developing, testing or supporting complex electronic systems within a regulated, high-reliability or safety-critical environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify practical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and influence technical decision-making.

Work Pattern (you are required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1-day WFH)
