About the Role
AddedEducation is seeking a Lead Counselor to architect and execute the global content engine, blending strategic narrative-building, content architecture, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients (student athletes & academic clients) and other consultants to provide support for client requirements and priorities
- Educate students and parents about colleges, the college admissions process, trends, procedures, and testing
- Advise students and families on curricular choices leading to college admissions for different educational systems
- Ideate, execute, and course correct the client engagement strategy
- Brainstorm with clients and their families for student profile building
- Make informational presentations to parents and other audiences through webinars, discussion forums
- Stay aware of issues and trends in college admission, higher education, testing, and keep up to date about specific colleges
- Maintain and disseminate information about standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, and TOEFL
- Coordinate with partners/vendors to ensure all dependencies are met
- Follow the Client Delivery Process and update communication in the project management tool
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university (preferably from the US, UK, Canada)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for sports and education and mentoring young athletes/students
- Strong organizational ability and result oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines
- Experience in college admissions or high school college counseling is a major plus
- Knowledge of global universities, their academic programs, admission policies, and financial policies

About the Role
- AddedEducation provides services for students and student athletes in pursuit of tertiary education opportunities. Based in Singapore with global operations.
- We are looking for a highly strategic and creative storyteller to architect, lead, and execute AddedEducation’s global content engine.

Required Skills
