Job Description – Lead Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)
Key Requirements
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) – Mandatory
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise/digital transformation projects
- Strong experience in Requirements Elicitation and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience in User Story Mapping and Agile delivery
- Experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
- Collaborate with business, delivery, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
- Support Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, UAT, and stakeholder communication
