- Keep abreast of real estate tax systems, accounting principles, and audit standards
- Develop and update valuation templates and audit tools
- Maintain and update real estate disposition audit manuals and eligibility criteria
- Unify, classify, and prioritize audit schedules of real estate transactions for SMEs
- Check validity of legal real estate documents and verify declarations
- Gather data for office audit activities and communicate with stakeholders
- Study and evaluate real estate transactions, verify accuracy of reports
- Compare transactions with standards, identify high risk issues and non compliant cases
- Conduct field audit visits and meet with representatives to investigate records
- Consolidate observations and recommend responsibility for auditing
- Draft audit reports in line with policies and procedures
- Review valuations and confirm valuation approach

- Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in tax audit management and techniques

Purpose of Job
- Jobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions
- Primarily concerned with finding solutions to challenges that require analysis
- Direct and support auditors in search, inspection, office audit, field visits, and conducting complete real estate conduct audits
Job Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of real estate tax systems and policies, generally accepted accounting principles, and audit standards
- Develop and update valuation templates and audit tools
- Maintain and update real estate disposition audit manuals, eligibility criteria, legal requirements, and supporting documents
- Unify, classify and prioritize audit schedules of real estate transactions for SMEs
- Check validity of legal real estate documents, verify declarations and records
- Gather data necessary for office audit activities, communicate with stakeholders
- Study and evaluate real estate transactions, verify accuracy of reports and declaration entries
- Compare real estate transactions with similar standards and sales, identify high risk issues
- Conduct field audit visits and meet with representatives to investigate accounting records
- Consolidate, study and evaluate legal and financial observations
- Draft audit report in line with applicable policies and procedures
- Review valuations to audit of real estate transfer tax and confirm valuation approach
Education
- Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent (Required)
