Role Overview
The Architect | Interior Designer role oversees projects from concept through completion with a focus on high-end design integration and client satisfaction.
The role requires leadership across architecture and interior design, independent work, collaboration, and representation of the company’s design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all architectural and interior design aspects from concept to implementation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage meetings, gather feedback, and refine designs.
- Lead space planning, material selection, and FF&E decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Manage architectural drawings, visualizations, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Develop project timelines, provide updates, and supervise on-site progress.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and represent the company at key events.
