Role Overview
Lead sales operations and revenue growth for ELE Interior Design within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
Generate sales, secure high-value projects, build strategic client relationships, and drive growth across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B, and luxury villa sectors.
Manage the full sales process from lead generation and client acquisition through negotiation, contract execution, and project award.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Lead sales and business development activities and pursue new opportunities, qualified leads, and project opportunities across the UAE.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, market research, exhibitions, and direct client engagement.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into signed contracts and long-term relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering fees, payment terms, scope of work, and contracts.
Client and Market Development
- Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, property owners, and corporate clients.
