Role Overview
ELE Interiors is seeking an experienced Architect | Interior Designer for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
This hybrid role leads projects from concept through completion, integrating architectural and interior-design elements while maintaining client satisfaction.
The role requires independent and collaborative leadership across design and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee architectural and interior-design aspects from concept to implementation.
- Serve as the main client contact and refine designs based on client feedback.
- Lead space planning, material selection, and FF&E decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Manage drawings, visualizations, building-code compliance, and safety standards.
- Develop timelines, provide project updates, and supervise on-site progress.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Represent ELE Interiors at client meetings and industry events.
Technical Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in 2D drafting using AutoCAD.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D modelling using ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or comparable software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong passion for and expertise in interior design.
- Proven experience designing luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural and interior-design principles.
- Ability to integrate architecture and interior design across diverse projects.
