About the Role

- Lead a design team through project completion
- Lead coordination and successful incorporation of client, authority, and design team requirements into project development
- Establish a clear understanding of the client brief including scope, space requirements, operations, design expectations, budget, and time constraints
- Oversee project execution to align deliverables, resources, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Maintain clear communication with the client and design teams to ensure efficient progress through stage approvals
- Prepare proposals for a variety of typologies in accordance with client requirements, local codes, regulations, and emerging best practices
- Contribute to the establishment of and adherence to ATI company protocols
- Lead the preparation of project documentation for clients, authorities, and contractors (incl. drawings, calculations, schedules, and specifications)
- Liaise with site teams and make site visits throughout the construction phase to monitor progress, answer queries, and ensure completion of milestones
- Evaluate the success of design proposals and learn feedback for future projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's and preferably postgraduate degree in Architecture
- 12+ years experience within a high profile design consultancy in design and delivery of complex projects
- 5+ years of relevant consultancy experience in the UAE
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software suite including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge of UAE and international building codes and standards
- Current knowledge of appropriate materials, supply chain, and methods of construction
- Accreditation from a recognized international body (AIA/RIBA) preferred
- LEED AP or USGBC Guiding Principles certification preferred
- Fluent oral and written English
- Attention to detail with supervisory responsibility

Job Description
- ATI is looking for a full time Lead Architect to join its Dubai Studio.
- As a Lead Architect, you will assume responsibility for the delivery of large and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications And Skills

- 5+ years of relevant consultancy experience in the UAE.
- Advanced knowledge of the Autodesk software suite, including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
- Sound knowledge of UAE and international (UK / US) building codes and standards.
- Current knowledge of appropriate materials, supply chain, and methods of construction.
- Accreditation from a recognized international body is preferred (AIA / RIBA).

- Active and professional engagement with client and design teams through fluent oral and written English.
- Attention to detail, with supervisory responsibility to ensure complete and accurate project documentation.
