Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design projects, from initial concept development to construction completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences, delivering tailored design solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and detailed visualizations.
• Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other advanced design tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in civil design, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
• Proven expertise in large-scale construction projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing under tight deadlines.
