Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Qualifications

• Required
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with large-scale operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or planning datasets.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and analytical tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science techniques to solve business challenges.
• Experience developing forecasting, optimization, simulation, or decision-support models.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or capacity management processes.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.
