Technology & Applications Leadership
Lead delivery, support, enhancement, integration, and modernization of enterprise applications.
Provide leadership for business-critical systems supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and Operations, including SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, and related platforms.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Organization & Talent Development
Lead and develop a high-performing organization of 50+ IT professionals across multiple locations.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans.
Successfully lead through both direct and matrixed organizational structures, driving results through influence and collaboration.
Operational Excellence & Governance
Establish performance metrics, operational dashboards, and governance mechanisms to drive delivery excellence.
Champion continuous improvement through disciplined program, project, and portfolio management practices.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, cybersecurity requirements, privacy policies, and risk management processes.
Manage strategic vendor relationships, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
