You will own the technical direction of the work, build hands on with modern .NET and cloud native Kubernetes deployments, and collaborate with a strong, established engineering team Roles and responsibilities: Creating and leading the technical design and development of software solutions. Proposing and designing software solutions that address complex business needs. Preparing the technical and procedural documentation required for delivery. Facilitating complex problem resolution and providing technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviewing coding, testing, and documentation of software produced by the team. Applying modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities. Required skills 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong hands on development experience with .NET. Experience building web applications using the MVC framework. Solid experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Experience deploying and managing containerized workloads with Kubernetes. Proven ability to lead technical design and guide a development team.
