Role Overview

  • The Lead Account Manager (KSA) is a senior, customer facing role responsible for owning and expanding a portfolio of high value defense and security accounts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • This role supports a portfolio of systems and solutions within the L3Harris Communications & Spectrum Dominance Segment.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the principal relationship manager for a defined portfolio of major KSA accounts developing and executing comprehensive account strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted, high level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Lead the development of tailored proposals, manage complex negotiations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of offset requirements.
  • Work closely with other KSA account managers, technical, engineering, legal, and program management teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer priorities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to account retention and growth.
  • Provide regular updates on account status, pipeline development, and forecasted revenue.
