Role Overview
- The Lead Account Manager (KSA) is a senior, customer facing role responsible for owning and expanding a portfolio of high value defense and security accounts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This role supports a portfolio of systems and solutions within the L3Harris Communications & Spectrum Dominance Segment.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the principal relationship manager for a defined portfolio of major KSA accounts developing and executing comprehensive account strategies.
- Build and maintain trusted, high level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and drive pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Lead the development of tailored proposals, manage complex negotiations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of offset requirements.
- Work closely with other KSA account managers, technical, engineering, legal, and program management teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer priorities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to account retention and growth.
- Provide regular updates on account status, pipeline development, and forecasted revenue.
