Requirements
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, real estate law, rental law, and commercial law, with the ability to interpret and apply UAE regulations effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and reviewing agreements with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to negotiate and manage disputes, including experience coordinating with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, and sound professional judgment.
- Capability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Lawyer or Legal Counsel, ideally within corporate, commercial, or related practice areas.
