- Manage procurement of delivery and store related assets in line with operational requirements
- Maintain accurate, real time tracking of all assets across warehouses and store locations

- Manage distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates
- Monitor asset utilization, maintenance, and end of life processes
- Develop and implement scalable systems for asset tracking and management
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store level assets
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement and distribution
- Experience in managing first mile and last mile logistics is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is preferred

What you’ll do
- Manage procurement of delivery and store related assets in line with operational requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost effective sourcing
- Forecast asset requirements based on business demand and expansion plans
- Maintain accurate, real time tracking of all assets across warehouses and store locations
- Implement and enforce inventory control processes and audit mechanisms
- Minimize losses, discrepancies, and idle inventory through proactive monitoring
- Oversee asset handling across warehouses and store level operations
- Ensure proper storage, allocation, and movement of assets
- Standardize processes for asset issuance, returns, and replacements
- Manage the distribution of assets from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates
- Optimize logistics for efficient asset movement and utilization
- Monitor asset utilization, maintenance, and end of life processes
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations
- Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store level assets
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement and distribution
- Experience in managing first mile and last mile logistics is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is a preferred
