Responsibilities
- Run end to end parcel flow: receiving, scan in, sort, route binning, staging, load, dispatch
- Control bulky flow: inbound check, damage check, labeling, staging, load planning, dispatch
- Prepare daily dispatch plan: route sequencing, wave cutoffs, capacity utilization, standby vehicle plan
- Optimize fleet utilization across Sedans, SUVs, and Hiace vehicles
- Control undelivered and returns flow, manage backlog within aging limits
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards; conduct daily audits
- Lead hub associates, train teams on SOPs, and coordinate with 3PL partners
- Publish shift dashboards and run daily huddles

Role Summary
- Own daily hub execution for high volume parcel sortation (~2000/day) and bulky home deliveries (100 200/day).
- Ensure on time dispatch, zero mis sorts, 100% scan compliance, safe handling, and strong fleet utilization across 105 vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end to end parcel flow: receiving → scan in → sort → route binning → staging → load → dispatch.
- Ensure route wise/cluster wise binning and control mis sort/rework through daily quality checks.
- Maintain 100% scanning discipline at every touchpoint.
- Manage peak hour waves with manpower allocation for fast induction and fast dispatch.
- Control bulky flow: inbound check, damage check, labeling, staging, load planning, dispatch.
- Ensure correct vehicle assignment based on cube/weight, fragility, multi man lift, and delivery time windows.
- Maintain handling SOPs for mirrors, glass, furniture, appliances.
- Prepare daily dispatch plan: route sequencing, wave cutoffs, capacity utilization, standby vehicle plan.
- Optimize fleet utilization across Sedans, SUVs, and Hiace vehicles.
- Ensure on time departure for each wave; manage exceptions.
- Control undelivered and returns flow; manage backlog within aging limits.
- Enforce safe stacking/staging rules, maintain clear aisles, fire exits, PPE compliance, incident reporting.

- Manpower deployment plan
- Vehicle allocation plan (Hiace/SUV/Sedan)
- Scan pending closure report
- Backlog & aging report (undelivered/returns)
- Quality tracker (mis sort, damage, missing)
KPIs
- Dispatch on time % (by wave) + departure adherence
- Scan compliance % (inbound/sort/load/OFD/returns)
- Parcel mis sort rate + rework time
- Bulky damage rate + customer complaint rate
- Vehicle utilization % (cube fill / route completion)
- DA productivity (stops/day, parcels/route, bulky drops/route)
- Undelivered % + reattempt success rate
- Backlog aging (D0/D1/D2) within target
