About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality lash treatments including classic, hybrid, Russian volume, mega volume, lash lifts, and lash tinting
- Provide thorough consultations and offer professional advice on suitable lash treatments, styling, and aftercare
- Walk clients through each treatment to ensure they understand the procedure and expected results
- Address clients' needs and concerns professionally to ensure exceptional customer experience and encourage repeat visits
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
- Recommend and upsell suitable products, treatments, and packages where appropriate
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within treatment area and throughout the salon
- Stay up to date with latest lash techniques, trends, and products
- Perform all lash treatments exclusively within Brau salons
- Participate in marketing activities including pop up events, complimentary treatments for influencers and models, and photoshoots
- Assist with assessing prospective Lash Artists and supporting onboarding process
- Provide training and guidance to Brau artists when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience performing professional lash treatments including Classic, Hybrid, Russian Volume, Mega Volume, Lash Lifts, and Lash Tinting
- Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail and precision in lash styling and application
- Exceptional communication skills with a client focused approach
- Sales driven with confidence to recommend suitable treatments, aftercare, and retail products
- Flexible and adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, and operational needs
- Excellent understanding of salon hygiene standards, health and safety procedures
