About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal and related laser procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and operate laser equipment
- Assess client needs, explain procedures, and document treatments
- Provide clear aftercare guidance and respond to client questions
- Escalate any concerns to appropriate clinical or managerial staff
- Collaborate with customer support and administrative teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and professional communication
Requirements
- Strong skills in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal procedures
- Hands on experience with Laser operation and Laser Cutting technologies or similar equipment
- Solid Customer Service skills including active listening and professional communication
- Relevant certification or training in laser technology, cosmetology, dermatology, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards and hygiene practices related to laser treatments
- Ability to follow detailed protocols, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team oriented environment
- Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or medical aesthetic setting is an advantage
