Role Description
- The Front Desk Receptionist is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Greeting clients, managing check in and check out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the reception area.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with clinical staff to keep schedules accurate and efficient.
- Handling patient registration, maintaining and updating records, processing payments, and managing basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Addressing client questions, providing general information about services, and supporting a smooth, professional experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing multi line phone systems and appointment scheduling.
- Clerical skills such as data entry, filing, basic record keeping, and handling front desk administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast paced clinical environment.
- Previous experience in a clinic, spa, hospitality, or customer facing role is preferred.
- Comfort using office software and scheduling systems; experience with medical or clinic software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administration or healthcare support is a plus.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability, with flexibility to work clinic operating hours as needed.
