Role Description
- The Front Desk Receptionist is a full time, on site role based at New Age Clinic in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for greeting clients, managing check in and check out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming front desk experience.
Daily Tasks
- Greeting clients and managing check in and check out procedures.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Coordinating client flow with clinical staff.
- Handling clerical duties such as maintaining records, processing payments, managing correspondence.
- Keeping reception areas organized.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties including greeting visitors and managing appointments.
- Solid phone etiquette.
- Clerical skills such as data entry, record keeping, filing, and basic office administration.
- Ability to use scheduling and clinic management software; familiarity with healthcare or wellness environments is an advantage.
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced setting.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are beneficial.
- Previous experience in front desk, customer facing, or hospitality roles preferred; relevant vocational training or diploma is an asset.
