We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Technician specializing in chip-level repair to join our expert team.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of laptop motherboards, microprocessors, and integrated circuits to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair any issues at the chip level.
As a technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that laptops are repaired efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware issues through comprehensive testing of laptop components.
- Perform chip-level repairs on motherboards, including replacing faulty chips.
- Utilize soldering tools to repair or replace microprocessors on circuit boards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure system functionality of laptops.
- Identify defective electronic components and suggest appropriate replacements.
- Work closely with other technicians to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, components used, and time spent on tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients about repair processes and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in repairs.
- Manage and track inventory levels of repair parts and tools efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest laptop technologies and repair techniques.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in chip-level repair of laptops and electronic devices.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, including microprocessors and motherboards.
- Proficiency in using soldering irons and other precision repair tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and repair manuals effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in repairing processes.
- Good communication skills to explain technical issues to clients clearly.
- Certification or diploma in electronics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
