Job Description
- Leaders Education Centre (LEC) Qatar is looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate English & Arabic Trainer to join our growing team.
- We are seeking a trainer who can create engaging, interactive, and activity based learning experiences for children and teenagers.
- We are looking for someone who can make learning exciting, memorable, and enjoyable through innovative teaching techniques, games, activities, storytelling, discussions, and creative classroom engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English and Arabic to children and teenage students.
- Plan and deliver highly engaging and interactive lessons.
- Develop creative classroom activities and learning exercises.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Arabic, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Experience teaching children and teenagers.

- Creative, energetic, and student focused personality.
- Strong lesson planning and activity based teaching skills.
- Ability to make learning fun, engaging, and interactive.
- Passion for innovative teaching methods and student engagement.
- Experience with educational technology and modern teaching methods is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in language training centres, schools, or educational institutes.
- Knowledge of phonics, conversation practice, and language development techniques.
- Ability to teach different age groups and learning levels.
- Experience conducting online and classroom based sessions.
