Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Supervisor for VVIP client to oversee daily landscaping operations and ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned sites.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape maintenance and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping teams on-site
- Plan and assign daily tasks to workers
- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, and irrigation systems
- Monitor work quality and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Train and guide workers on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect sites regularly and report issues or improvements needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
