Responsibilities
- Manage and update CAFM system data, work orders, asset records, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and service providers
- Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation related to FM operations
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely closure of work orders
- Maintain accurate records of assets, contracts, and operational documents
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, KPIs, and performance data
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and operational teams regarding service requirements
- Support general administrative functions within the Facilities Management department
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management administration
- Hands on experience using CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems
- Strong administrative, documentation, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized FM Administrator (Bilingual) to join our Facilities Management team.
