- Manage and guide carpenters, joiners, and installation teams
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as required
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
- Monitor material usage and productivity to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in a Joinery Supervisor role within the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, furniture production, and interior fit out installations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good leadership, planning, and team coordination skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting is an advantage

Job Overview
