Responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production orders
- Measure and prepare upholstery materials (fabric, foam, padding, webbing, batting)
- Cut and prepare components accurately for upholstered parts
- Perform fabric fitting, stretching, and securing to furniture frames
- Use stapling/fastening tools and ensure neat, durable fixing
- Support assembly and upholstered component finishing as per production requirements
- Inspect finished items for quality, alignment, comfort, and workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop area and follow safety procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of upholstery experience (must)
- Full knowledge of upholstery processes and finishing standards
- Ability to use upholstery tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and high quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines

Job Overview
- We are hiring an experienced Upholstery Worker to join our joinery and furniture production team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of upholstery experience and full knowledge of upholstery work, including preparation, fitting, fastening, and quality finishing for furniture and related upholstered products.
