Role Overview
Manage and enhance landscape value across a large-scale master community development.
Oversee landscape and irrigation maintenance operations for parks, streetscapes, and public realm areas.
Drive service excellence, sustainability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Work Location
- Work location is Abu Dhabi.
Management and Operations
- Coordinate landscape deliverables during transition and handover phases.
- Manage daily maintenance operations across parks, public realm areas, streetscapes, and other landscaped assets.
- Ensure maintenance meets approved specifications, quality standards, and service-level agreements.
- Develop annual and seasonal maintenance plans and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the condition of trees, shrubs, turf, groundcovers, and ornamental plants.
- Develop irrigation, fertilization, and pest management programs.
- Recommend enhancements and implement sustainable horticultural and water conservation practices.
- Operate and maintain irrigation pumps, controllers, valves, and networks.
- Monitor water consumption and optimize irrigation schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits and resolve defects and non-conformities.
