Landscape Architect Sr Engineer (452-14)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design development, and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, engineers, contractors, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations for review.
• Oversee site analysis covering existing conditions, site constraints, and environmental impacts.
• Ensure work complies with local codes, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior landscape architects and designers.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present options, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• At least eight years of professional experience in landscape architecture, including project leadership.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, and sustainable landscape practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

• Professional registration or licensure as a Landscape Architect is highly preferred.
