About the Role
Arada is seeking a Landscape Architect Manager to lead planning, design, coordination, and execution of landscape architecture projects in Sharjah, UAE. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution
- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions in line with project objectives and local authority requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration
- Prepare and review landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with Municipality regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality standards
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management
- Proven experience working on projects in UAE with familiarity of municipality regulations and approval processes
- Experience managing multidisciplinary landscape projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software

Purpose of the Role
- The Landscape Architect Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, coordination, and execution of landscape architecture projects.
- The role ensures that all landscape designs align with regulatory standards, sustainability goals, and project timelines while maintaining high quality design and technical delivery standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution.
- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions in line with project objectives and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare and review landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Municipality regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management when required.
- Ensure designs align with Arada’s project vision.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost evaluations.
- Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design intent and quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Proficiency in landscape design software and drafting tools.
Experience
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management.
- Proven experience working on projects in UAE with strong familiarity of municipality regulations and approval processes.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary landscape projects from concept to completion.
- Prior experience in residential, mixed use, or public realm projects is preferred.
Skills
- Strong landscape design and project management capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, hardscape detailing, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
