Responsibilities
- Support execution and continuous improvement of total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, and incentive programs
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to assess external competitiveness
- Prepare compensation analyses, job evaluations, grading assessments, and pay equity reviews
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes including modelling and analysis
- Assist in design, implementation, and administration of long term incentive plans (LTIPs)
- Manage and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture, and reward frameworks
- Analyze reward data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership
- Support review, design, and administration of employee benefits programs
- Partner with PX Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters
- Ensure reward programs comply with legislation and governance requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
- Advanced capabilities in Excel modelling (scenario building, forecasting, analytics)
- Proven experience with market benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry)
- Strong understanding of UAE reward practices and regulatory environment
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working within a Reward CoE or global organization
- Background in real estate, construction, or asset heavy industries
- Experience in managing long term incentive plans / executive compensation is desirable

Role Purpose
- The Rewards Specialist will support the Group Head of Total Rewards in developing, implementing, and administering compensation, benefits, and reward programs across the Group.
- The role ensures market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support execution and continuous improvement of total rewards strategy.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
- Prepare compensation analyses, job evaluations, grading assessments, and pay equity reviews.
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes.
- Assist in design, implementation, and administration of long term incentive plans (LTIPs).
- Support executive compensation reviews.
- Manage and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture, and reward frameworks.
- Analyze reward data and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Support review, design, and administration of employee benefits programs.
- Partner with PX Business Partners and business leaders.
- Ensure reward programs comply with legislation and governance.
- Support vendor and consultant relationships.
Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience in managing long term incentive plans / executive compensation is desirable.
- Strong exposure to global / multi country reward frameworks.
- Advanced capabilities in Excel modelling.
- Proven experience with market benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry).
