Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in infrastructure and roadworks projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting survey and setting-out activities, ensuring accurate positioning, alignment, and levels for construction works.

The role also involves performing topographic and as-built surveys and providing accurate survey data and reports to support project execution and progress monitoring.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and roadworks projects.
  • Experience in landfill projects will be an added advantage.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.
  • Experience in topographic surveys, setting-out works, and as-built surveys.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey-related software.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

Mandatory Criteria

  • Proven experience in infrastructure and roadworks construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of survey control, setting-out, and level verification.
  • Ability to prepare accurate survey reports and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct survey and setting-out activities to ensure accurate positioning and levels for landfill, roadworks, and infrastructure construction works.
  • Perform topographic, control, and as-built surveys and prepare survey reports and records.
  • Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.
  • Provide survey data and reports to support project execution, quality control, and progress monitoring.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and construction teams to ensure survey requirements are achieved.
  • Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
