Job Summary

  • Seeking an experienced Facilities Management Consultant to oversee facility operations, logistics, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day facilities management operations.
  • Monitor maintenance and housekeeping activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and support services.
  • Supervise outsourced facility service providers.
  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in planning preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding facility requirements.
  • Ensure contractors comply with contract terms and service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Facilities Management experience.
  • Experience managing service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and logistics.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
