Responsibilities
- Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports and KPIs
- Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMMS
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to optimize system usage
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance system administration, maintenance planning, or a similar role
- Hands on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and prepare reports and KPIs
- Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory and spare parts management will be an added advantage

Position Details
- We are currently seeking a Maintenance System Administrator for a long term assignment with our client in Qatar.
- Job Title: Maintenance System Administrator
- Location: Qatar
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 17 Months (Until December 2027)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance system administration, maintenance planning, or a similar role.
