Responsibilities
- Welcome, meet, and farewell residents and guests
- Handle all residents and guests comments and complaints, following up on resolution
- Support and assist front desk and concierge to ensure smooth service
- Substitute Front Office Duty Manager in their absence
- Ensure fire exits are free of obstacles per Health & Safety Policy
- Coordinate with other operating departments on matters of concern
- Check correspondence of day's arrivals to familiarize with guest needs
- Maintain standards of conduct, dress, uniform, hygiene, appearance for departmental employees
- Promote in house sales and facilities to maximize residence revenues
- Inspect front and back of house for cleanliness and Health & Safety
Requirements
- Eligible for working permit in country of hire
- Higher College and/or Hotel Management degree
- Minimum 2 years Front Office supervisory position
- Preferably within a 5 star property or residences
- Proven track record with good progression
- Mature and customer focused
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
- Fluent in English and Russian (verbally and written)
- Any additional language is a plus

Role Overview
- The Lady in Red is an iconic symbol of Kempinski, serving as Residence Ambassador.

- Empowered to take immediate decisions regarding resident and guest well being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate long term and short term goals of the residence under Operations Manager guidance.
- Support and assist front desk and concierge for smooth service.
