Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper start up and shut down, as per laid Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment.
- Operate and maintain other Equipment as a part of Multi-Tasking.
- Ensure quality product. Any deviations should be escalated to production team leader.
- Follow all safety requirements when performing work.
- Responsible to ensure minimal unplanned stops.
- Correctly fill out all documents related operating parameters and downtimes.
- Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut-downs to minimize down-time wasted resources.
- Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment.
- Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.
- Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.
- Responsible to clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required.
- Responsible to complete operation checks on equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling a labeling machine in a high speed bottling company.
- Good working knowledge of production (training and certification course) & minor maintenance would be advantageous.
- Language proficiency (English is a must, and additionally Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Arabic would be preferred).
- A diploma in business / supply chain / production/ manufacturing related would be preferred.
