Role Overview
Senior L2 IT Support Engineer role focused on resolving assigned tickets and supporting end users at client sites.
The position requires broad infrastructure, systems, networking, security, backup, and documentation capabilities.
Location and Work Setting
- Work requires visiting client sites to provide onsite end-user support.
- The listed location is Abu Dhabi.
Support Responsibilities
- Resolve assigned support tickets with a team of engineers by visiting client sites.
- Provide onsite end-user support at client locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications, operating systems, email, printers, and mobile devices.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled calendar.
- Take a proactive approach by identifying and suggesting improvements to procedures.
Systems and Infrastructure Skills
- Support Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2012-2022, server migration, clustering, RAID, and Hyper-V virtualization.
- Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, email hosting migrations, and DNS.
